Thank you for purchasing a BuffsCity Soap product! We are committed to providing high-quality natural soaps and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we provide a return policy to ensure your shopping experience.

1. Return Time

You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can apply for a return within this period. Please refer to the terms and conditions below for return conditions.

2. Return Conditions

In order to ensure a smooth return, the product must be unused and in good condition. All returned products must be kept in the original packaging and tags are not removed.
Returned products must include all original accessories, included instructions or any gifts.
Please note that soap products cannot be returned or exchanged after opening and use for hygiene reasons.

3. Return Process

If you need to return a product, please first contact our customer service team by email: buffscitysoap@online.com
Please provide your order number and reason for return in the email, and the customer service team will provide detailed steps and address for return.
Once we receive your return and verify that it is eligible for return, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds are usually completed within 5-10 business days.
4. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong product.
If your return is eligible, we will deduct the return shipping costs (if applicable) from the refund.
If your return needs to be replaced due to quality issues, we will cover the return and re-shipping shipping costs.
5. Refund Method

Once the returned product is confirmed to be correct, we will refund your original payment method. Please note that the refund time may vary depending on your payment method and bank processing time.
6. Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged or wrong product, please contact us immediately and we will provide you with a free exchange service.
Exchange products must meet our return conditions and will be processed as soon as possible after receipt.
7. Order Cancellation

If your order has not been shipped, you can contact us to cancel the order within 24 hours of order confirmation. If the order has been shipped, it needs to be processed according to the above return policy.
8. Special Notes

We do not accept any returns of unused products due to personal reasons (such as dislike, change of mind, etc.).
